Constructive PD was awarded the $1.8 million contract for facade cladding and feature timber on BGC Construction’s ‘Project 31’ in Bunbury.
In this multi-scope project, CPD Regional delivered Glass Fibre Reinforced Concrete (GRC) feature ribbons to the main facade, as well as Compressed Fibre Cement (CFC) cladding and custom perforated timber veneer ceilings throughout the building.
Our regional team worked closely with BGC to manage the detailing, offshore fabrication and shipping of the complex GRC façade elements. Completed in March 2021, ‘Project 31’ is both sophisticated and understated, not detracting from the natural environment that surrounds it.
In collaborating with BGC and various contractors, the Constructive PD Regional team was able to deliver a brand new structure redefining Koombana Bay living.
