CPD Regional carried out the $1 million facade cladding, structural timber and feature timber package for BGC's rebuild of the Eaton Bowling Club.

CPD Regional collaborated with the BGC Regional team on this $3.8 million rebuild to carry out structural timber, facade cladding and feature timber on the building.

Constructive PD was awarded the $1 million facade and timber contract for BGC’s replacement of the Eaton Bowling Club. The Eaton Bowling and Social Club re-build was jointly funded by the Shire of Dardanup and the State Government and is a multi-use community facility that provides space for local community groups, public functions and activities and more. Combining the Eaton Bowling Club and the Eaton Senior Citizen Association, this project encompassed providing increased accessibility, dedicated function rooms and kitchen upgrades.

Using local Wespine timber, the end result was a sophisticated new build with a modern and airy feel – while still paying homage to the original building. Overlooking the Collie River Foreshore, the building not only assimilates with its natural surroundings but now has a visually stunning street appeal.

CPD Regional is proud to continue a strong relationship with BGC Regional to deliver iconic structures to WA’s South West.
